Perfect for family hangouts

We had a great time in our spacious room, perfect for family get-togethers! The front desk staff was super chill and even asked us to keep it down in a friendly way. The breakfast bagels were def a highlight. Just wish the pool area was a bit bigger. Overall, a solid spot for a family visit.

The large 42-inch flat-screen HDTV in our room was a hit with my teenagers. They loved the easy plug & play panel to connect their devices, making movie nights super fun and convenient. Also, the pool was a great way to unwind after a long day.

My kids wished the breakfast options had more variety for families. It was quite limited, and with five teenagers, we could have used more choices to keep everyone happy.

Overall, it felt like the standards could use a serious refresher.

This hotel suits me perfectly. I love the free wi-fi, 24-hour reception, and the fitness center. On my first stay, the staff helped return the documents I left. Highly recommend for a city break!

The pool offers a decent size for a quick splash, although I hesitated to use it due to murky water. The breakfast setup has some appealing options, even though I found the variety lacking in comparison to other locations.

Cleanliness leaves much to be desired. my room wasn't properly cleaned, with dust and unemptied trash cans. Elevators took an eternity, especially with one out of service, causing frustration when trying to get anywhere. Additionally, noise from the loud A/C unit made it hard to catch some sleep, and the breakfast options ran out too quickly, leaving folks scrambling for food. During my stay, the fire alarm went off at odd hours, which was disconcerting with no clear communication to guests about the situation. Another annoyance was the lack of cameras on property, which left a cold feeling regarding safety.
