Perfect for family hangouts

We had a great time in our spacious room, perfect for family get-togethers! The front desk staff was super chill and even asked us to keep it down in a friendly way. The breakfast bagels were def a highlight. Just wish the pool area was a bit bigger. Overall, a solid spot for a family visit.

The large 42-inch flat-screen HDTV in our room was a hit with my teenagers. They loved the easy plug & play panel to connect their devices, making movie nights super fun and convenient. Also, the pool was a great way to unwind after a long day.

My kids wished the breakfast options had more variety for families. It was quite limited, and with five teenagers, we could have used more choices to keep everyone happy.

I was appalled by the utter squalor of this hotel! The room was filthy with dirty sheets and hairs in the shower. To make matters worse, the air conditioning wasn’t working properly, making it impossible to get a decent sleep. I can't believe they have the audacity to advertise breakfasts. I ended up with a dry piece of toast because they ran out of everything! This place is a joke!

It was just a fine choice for a walk in the evening in San Antonio with very good value for money. The staff was super friendly and check-in was a breeze. Tip, Bring your own snacks for the room since the nearby food options can get busy.
